Homebuyer’s Survey
A survey to record the general condition of the property and identify any problems without recommended remedial works.

Building Survey
An in-depth survey to record the condition of each element of the property including services, providing a report and identifying both problems and recommended remedial work. No tests are undertaken.

Specialist Investigation
A building survey associated with tests of such elements as damage, electrics and gas installation's using specialist contractors.

 

Commercial Surveys
A building survey as previously described taking into account the specialist installations in offices, shops or warehouses and any shared services with other users.

Schedules of Dilapidation's
Normally required for a commercial property when entering into a lease or coming to the end of one. The schedule provides a full record of condition of all elements which are the responsibility of either the Landlord or Tenant.
